Cancellation & Refund

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before printing starts. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Wrong/defective prints caused by us are eligible.
• Color/tone variation within acceptable print tolerance is not considered a defect.
• Content errors in uploaded files are not eligible.

3. Process & Timeline

Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with order ID and photos (if applicable). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Reprints

Where feasible, we may offer a reprint as the first resolution option for defective items.
