We aim to resolve issues quickly while keeping the printing workflow efficient.
Orders can be cancelled before printing starts. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with order ID and photos (if applicable). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Where feasible, we may offer a reprint as the first resolution option for defective items.
